TOMSYS is an integrated Muster Processing. This is generalized software for Time office. This is proven software working at thousands of installations. The software is used in factories where employees work in night shift. The Leave module of the software is generalized module which takes care of leave register and muster. The software is available on Windows platform.
The operation is identical to the maintenance of manual muster, and all operations are fully automatic, so it is extremely easy to use and no specialized person is required to handle the operations.
As soon as the program is started, the transferred data is converted and stored in database. The processing can be Daily, Periodic, Monthly.
In a day you can register In/Out and Lunch Out/Lunch In punches. Besides these 4 punches, up to 4 punches for In/Out can be registered for personal outwork and overstay. Unlimited punches can be registered using reason card for On duty outwork.
At the end of the month, muster together with the final summary for payroll is generated which can be picked up by the Salary Processing program. This eliminates data entry for payroll.
